re: institutions own 58 per cent of looksmart lol!!

    ROFLMFAO too!

I've had a look back at some old posts too, of late ......My dad kept telling you (in many of his posts) that Insto's were buying, right?

You kept laughing at his understanding on this matter. You were wrong.

He tells me, that when YOU held LOK shares (@ an average $64.00pps), the Institutions held as low as 5% of the Co. Now it's 58% or, over 13.24M of the 22.9M shares issued. Add to that number, the 6M or, more held (tightly) by "insiders", (they're still buying), plus another half million (estimate) safely held by shareholders who understand the direction of the Co, and you then have just 3M odd "free" shares, available to trade ........

My dad's timing has be lousy, that's for sure! LOL!! Particularly with his enthusiastic SP predictions. Although, don't ever discount the future, as it will be big!!

But you wouldn't believe it, the massive accumulation (by Insto's) that involved heavy "shorting" of the SP only allowed the 'old man' to buy even more!! He now averages $4.614cps and (for him), has managed to get a "sh#t load" of them!!

Looksmart will have revenues of approx. $15M - $16M for Q4 - 2006 or, even better, from what a private LOOK discussion group know and understand. Any reasonable guidance for Q1 - 2007 will really get things moving, as is expected.

Any announcement of a 'content consortium' (of newspapers/media Co sites, through Looksmart) will see the current price "double" from it's existing level.

Any announcement (a possibility, too) of a BIG media co buying a controlling 'interest' in Looksmart (@ say $5.00pps), will immediately see a "trebbling", of that 'buy-in' price!

That's what my dad thinks. He said not to ask you for your opinion because he reckons you haven't a "clue" these days, at all.

    LOL!

Incidentlly, I do hold 1200 LOK @ $3.07cps. So I'm biased, of course.

ps; My dad says that you should, "buy all you can"!
