Wuey, I agree. I was just trying to have an intelligent discussion about a small part of the result, not the result overall.
The Australian just published a reaction to the result and noted the same issue - "Magellan notched up $195m of average monthly net retail inflows over the year, compared to an average of $120m a year earlier. However, institutional inflows were less rosy, with net inflows of $1.8bn for the year, down on last year’s $3.8bn."
I still think its worthy of discussion but perhaps this forum isn't the best place.
