I don’t use a broker.
So excuse my naivety but can anyone give us a rundown on the difference between a soph placement and a broker placement (if that's the terminology)?
With current CR could anyone ask for the shares? If so does that mean that the CR shares are likely distributed to many SHs vs a couple like the last CR?
Essence of my query is whether there is any reason ordinary retail SHs couldn't paticipate if they were quick enough?
