Three big risks as I see them

1. With falling SP, any cpaital raising which UI think is very likely will heavily dilute
2. assets to be sold will not get best price as marklet knwo we have a distressed seller
3. cap raising may be hard with going concern qualification hangimg over Sigma.

For holders of SIP, I will be asking myslef , is there anything that I can put my money in if I sell Sip that may provide better returns with lower risk, if so then best to sell and reinvest elsewhere. I agree with Patersons this is unlikely to be a quick turnaround story if it turns around at all
