    X buys into special placement at 70 cents, then sells down from high 70s taking profits and pushing share price down, which means on average they will break even at about 62 cents.....maybe lower if they can trigger stop losses and cause enough panic, and then being all cashed up, prepare for a cheap take over! hehehe
