i had a conversation today with someone that mentioned AEZ as being recommended to them by at mate of theres who works for one of the big insto brokers.
i have been buying on the way down (last at $0.84) and it was strange for this person to only mention AEZ, not one other LPT as being the best value at present.
if the insto traders are talking about this as a good buy i am assuming that they had to sell down a stake for a fund manager and maybe the order was to keep selling no matter what price.
this is good for us retail guys because once the markets correct i recon AEZ will be back to $1.20, at its current price its on a yield of almost 13%. It has its long term debt hedged for the next 4 years and it geared at around 50%.
