BC Iron (BCI) – Has jumped from 283c to 342c this month and now their 20% shareholder Regent Pacific (Hong Kong) is seeking permission from it own shareholders at a vote in January to sell the stake. Although this is raising some concerns the truth is that with that much warning, by the time the shares come to be sold a hundred investment bankers will have approached the company for the stock having found institutional buyers. The stock is down from 343c to 321c in two days.

IMHO, with broker volumes down to pitiful levels, they will be climbing over each other to get a piece of the Regent action when they decide to pull the trigger. Makes you feel confident in the floor price when you consider all the news to come and the way the IO price is shaping up on the back of some more optimistic forecasts on Chinese growth.
