It's very hard to watch but my take on the last few weeks is that the instos are sadly controlling or walking the SP down at will.
MAD is an easy target for them. New to the ASX200, with no really large cornerstone investor - yet.
So the big end of town can short it or accumulate it at lower levels - at will. The retail holders are left wondering what has changed etc etc. The instos are no doubt intentionally targeting derivative stop loss levels which makes life easy for them to bring the SP down.
The only thing that has changed is MAD made it into the ASX200 and was not quite prepared to face off against large institutions who can easily manipulate such a stock.
Let's hope that in time MAD will be better equipped to deal with such savage manipulation, and that they prove the knockers wrong by increasing production at a reasonable rate.
