Same price levels for me.
Sydney found out a couple of years ago we did not plan well for water. Look at all the air conditioners sold (less rain more hot days - more affluent society - I want it now generation).
How long before we hear electricity not up to the mark as the next call. Govt could even provide incentives to install solar panels or SOO products etc. Happened in NZ with ceiling bats.
