to all those bravely shorting NCP do not be deceived (unless you wish to cover today and get a new short tomorrow)
changes to the MCSI mean that instos must drop 30% of NCP holdings by end September. in the end it will be a flood. this situation occurs in trading very often. a situattion where instos must get out of a stock
