What you say makes alot of sense, but directors have only bought all up 30,000 shares since the price tanked. Not really a vote on confidence in the stock even at these prices.
If this telescope fiasco was a one off disaster and the military side of the business is going well, I would have thought the price would have recovered. Dosent seem to be happening.
Instos need buying depth to sell if they want out. What this stock needs now is a sugar daddy to take out the the ones who want out. Problem is, is there one out there?
