SYDNEY (Dow Jones)--The Australian Shareholders' Association has taken its grievance over a planned payout to Aristocrat Leisure Ltd. (ALL.AU) director John Ducker to the Australian Securities & Investments Commission, various newspapers report Tuesday. ASA Deputy Chairman Stephen Matthews has asked the regulator to look into disclosure of directors' contracts, arguing there has been a lack of honest disclosure by Aristocrat. Ducker, who had promised shareholders in April 2003 that he would leave the board soon, is seeking re-election to the board this year.
