It is heartbreaking, but it is a fact of life, that many Mum and Dad CDU investors have become strapped for cssh with the continuous capping of CDU Securities over the past 5 years. Many borrowed to take up Share Issues along the way.

The JORC Announcement on the 18th August, 2010, combined with the voluminous churning that followed, was the catalyst for many CDU shareholders.

Those CDU long-term shareholders still with some stock, but without the necessary monetary resources, have had to keep financing their loans while waiting for Rocklands to start production.

These CDU shareholders are not in a position to top up on their holdings, so it is left to the Institutions to mop up as more and more CDU holders are unable to carry on. Mental stress and financial hardship has been the reward for these loyal CuDeco supporters.

Unfortunately for Mum and Dad investors, it is the rich who take from the poor in this case, due mainly to the manipulation that has occurred in the System.
