a tighter share registry means lower over heads for the company...big share registers cost a lot of money and thats wasted cash.....its unfortunate many had to sell...but a tighter leaner register will benefit the company and the shareholders ..... ..if big funds are willing to buy...that should instill confidence in the remaining small shareholders....

Not to many companies can do placements at above market in this environment....this has to be a big plus for this developing copper /gold producer.....
It's been a wise move to issue new stock before the market turns sour as then there would be no willing buyers at prices like these.....any potential buyer would be demanding a HUGE discount in a falling market...hope the market can recover...but better to be safe than sorry....
