Your graph is wrong as it does not apply to the Lynas situation. You show a fall off in the SP once production starts. Nor was Lynas ever a "junior explorer". Lynas started off with a known deposit. Others had done the "exploring" part. There may be plenty of "junior explorer stocks where the graph is applicable. Lynas is not one of them.
If you believe in the graph then why are you still holding when there is about to be a drop in the SP, According to the chart you present. Better have another try.
