Well, the only way to play this is by not buying into the SPP. If you want stock buy it on market, and you get more stock for the $15k. Let the underwriter fork over the .75c. As far as ASIC is concerned, all shareholders should be writing them a letter. The 5 minute trade was not warranted, esp when the money to be raised, would have been discussed with them well before.
