Yep it's great to see the insto's in.

From my understanding of the offer is this;
1. It's only applicable to those that have FP shares
2. If you do have FP shares (doesn't matter on how many) you are only entitled to (up to)$5000 worth of shares at 28c ($5000 = 17,857 shares)and get one free option for every two shares purchased (8,929).

I suppose were not going to get rich on the offer but its still pretty good and should get better and better leading up to the offer (which is only two weeks away).

Down side is that the share price might fall after the offer but realistically not, as your only entitled up to $5000 worth of shares so you cant really capitalize on it in a major way.

All in all sounds good for everyone and at the end of the day, us holders should support AQD if we can, they will have more cash in the bank which means more resources to get the ball rolling.
