the instos are buying but not the numbers they want till the quarterly is out,once its out then they'll move in and buy at any price as we all know instos are not short of cash and they not worried about a cent or 10 but they not going to do it a day or two before the quarterly,as far as day traders go there has'nt being one single time since 15.5 cents where by a seller was able to get his stock back at a lower price than he/she sold.
