We know that certain institutions are pulling out of small caps ATM ( nothing to do with BTR ) so selling will continue to affect the SP until they have offloaded.
Hopefully sooner rather than later I would guess those who want out will be out very soon.
I love the fact there is imminent cashflow now regardless of whatever BTR have to pay out of the intial takings.
With money in the bank, no real risk and imminent cashflow BTR are far better placed than many of their competitors ATM and long term holders investment are pretty safe.
