As you can tell by my language Im a trady with money and invested in a prime part of Australia knowing the value of this land in the future especially once the world starts up, from the recent decline that has accommodated the recent pillages of commodity assets around the world sure glad we have some standards to be adhered to or we would be screwed like 3rd world countries, invest in Australia,,, thank you mostly to our fair system of rules to enable this to happen people without this you would be eating rice..
