the BOD are not acting in our best interest. they are not shareholders. they set to lose bugger all. all they want is for the company to continue so they can get their fat pay packet. if a offer of a takeover came in that was best case scenario for us shareholders, why would they take it? if an offer comes in, are they obliged to put it forward to us, or do they have the capacity to not consider it at a board level?
