So now we know what Plan B is - a slap in the face for existing shareholders. But Red can say that we had our chance. I still maintain that they should persist with the Shortfall Offer. Offer the remaining 35 c shares to anybody. They may or may not be able to sell enough of them to achieve their minimum, but when compared to this latest option for the sake of existing shareholders it is worth a try. Can anyone explain to me why they are not doing that?
