I agree HappyCats. Also RED stated in their last announcement 'Discussions continue with the Senior Lender regarding the status of the debt facility and standstill agreement.' therefore RED is probably doing all it can but RED looks to be in a very weak position.
My opinion is that if the institutions did not want to invest at 35c then why would they want to invest $50m at 10c ? The removal of the CDO would obviously change sentiment, but time is running out.
