WL seems to have deserted us for a time.
To add to what PoS has said, I don't know who can clarify these trademark actions or the website except for the person(s) responsible.
It appears to me that this is either an opportunist looking to tie up desirable trade and brand names on speculation, or it is a sympathetic shareholder locking up these desirable names before anyone else gets to them with the intent of eventually turning them over to POH.
But, unless the person(s) responsible step forward to be identified, all that remains is guesswork and speculation.
