Be courteous and if they do not listen ask for their name and write it down and then ask for the boss's name so you can discuss with them. If the boss gives you run around repeat procedure and get their boss name. Once you are at the top tell them want you want and how they can fix it. If the boss refuses go mental threaten media, Government etc make them stressed.
Keep good records of who you have spoken to dates and times. Treat it as fun best of luck
