To my surprise I was drawn attention to the clause by the insurance company and reject my claim. The clause is: "We don't cover loss, damage, injury or death arising from rust, corrosion, gradual deterioration, depreciation, wear or tear" of the Home.
I did declare my Home built in prior to 1983 and still they took the premium to cover me. I had bought this Home 3years before and had building inspection done. Nothing happened for 3years.
This clause is a good argument for insurance company to repudiate claim. I hope nobody is facing such treatment "Not Responsible" Management's Attitude, IMO.
