Hello could someone please assist me with a question . My friend has her house insurance with Westpac bank and she has two tenant's renting two rooms inside the house . Westpac said in the case of a fire the insurance policy would not cover her because she has two tenant's but under the insurance policy she would be covered if she only had one tenant . Her tenants are good and she is happy to keep them both but under her current policy it only covers for one tenant . Does anyone know if RACV have a home insurance policy that would cover two tenants thanks
