Hi Homieboy, I would be a bit careful with his initial assessment of the floods. He got the 2011 version horribly wrong, stuck with a forecast of $10m profit for far too long and ended up making a $15m loss.
However, hopefully, they have improved their systems since then, and the higher premiums have put people off renewing with Calliden.
