Agree with the sentiment that we should be supportive of management that are on the board for turning the company around. However, the board, particular non-execs need to be held to account for a lack of disclosure to shareholders. A key role of non-execs is to keep shareholders informed.
Whilst I am very happy that they have moved away from making a large number of announcements and thus focus on the business, they have failed to clarify critical issues (e.g. accounting adjustments, forecasts, UWS status). IMO, they need to be made aware that this is unreasonable.
