This may help those that still dont understand - Utility "pipes" are owned by INT/owner - whilst you can have another provider to your unit they would have to provide their own "pipe" (probably at cost to you)- this alone would price them out of the market - the only variable is with coms as has been pointed out there may be other options if you dont want fixed line.

Installation costs are paid to INT at commercial rates with similar profit margins already stated.
