The language is a bit smoke and mirrors...."noting that Intec will not be releasing additional information than Ammtec has released in its own announcement". To me that kind of infers that they do know more than mentioned in the previous paragraphs but Intec cannot say yet..

However given the earlier paragraphs one would guess that the release from their good friends Ammtec came as a surprise to the team at Intec. Perhaps Intec are concerned about the intechnology Ammtec may use in the new state-of-the-art plant....perhaps Ammtec have been buying all those Intec shares of late and Intec's technology may become Ammtecs anyway. The only people that can answer any of these questions are the team at Ammtec.
Why did Dr P. buy 10,000,000 shares? Does he have an indirect involvement at Ammtec?
Time for Philip to get on the phone and discuss the Ashes amongst other things with Rod.
