Interesting read. I'm not a fan of JRV - have checked them out on and off over the last 10 years and have formed the opinion the only thing the management is good at is milking shareholders for capital raisings.
However they may well have finally lucked into something that might make a company at last so good luck to committed shareholders.
Has there been any info leaked as to the nature of INL offer? Seems to me that a merger could have been a good fit.
