Your comment about the release of news next week; "Even if it was true the ASX would get involved and probably suspend trading and fine the company." was a hot topic during the week just gone.

I answered Bigcrazau as follows when he also alluded to the CEO needing a slap on the wrist.

Why does the CEO deserve a slap on the wrist?

If you read Intec's announcements carefully you would recognize that there is really nothing to Freetrade's startling revelation. WOW what a scoop.

There was an indication in Dave's presentation this week that there was more to say on wastewater (‘Slide 20). In addition, Intec made reference in March 2009 Quarterly Report (April 17) and on the Intec Investor Q&A Forum (April 8 “Deadlines”, and March 25 “Waste Processing”).

Thus Intec has been quite open about the future prospects for waste water.

That something was going to be announced in the near future is a no brainer.

Now Trading Wizard whether it is on Monday or later in the week or even a bit further on there will be a release about "waste water".

The tea lady was just being economical as is the whole Intec team just now.
