integra 1 for 5 issue falls short

Integra Mining Ltd (ASX code: IGR) today announced its 1-for-5
non-renounceable entitlement issue closed with 29.1 million shares taken
up, raising a total of $2.91 million (before costs).
The shortfall of 13.526 million shares will be placed to primary
shortfall subunderwriters by Martin Place Securities Ltd, the
underwriter to the issue.
Secondary shortfall sub-underwriters, including two Integra
directors, will not be receiving any shortfall allocation.
