Can someone else take a look at the following announcement the company made 12 months ago and see if my analysis is correct?

From the ANN:
"Fully Paid Ordinary Shares (LRS) (subject to voluntary escrow to 28 October 2021) - Total number of securities 100,200,000"
Based on this, Integra's shares should have been released from escrow and are now unrestricted. However there hasn't been an announcement from the company regarding these shares.
Another stock I follow released an ANN on the day on which shares were released from voluntary escrow.
Anyone have a take on this?
