Yes, that’s what it does. December last year it acquired Surgical Innovations for its Durosorb product, a synthetic mesh used in breast reconstruction. Integra has a long and active history of acquisitions.
So it certainly isn’t a wild speculation to imagine Integra making a play for PolyNovo at some point. They wouldn’t want to wait too long though as Poly will eventually become big enough to swallow Integra
