An increase in revenue is not as simple as "taking market share" (from a competitor) . For example, someone may not have owned a car before and then they decide to buy a car. We haven't "taken market share" from a competitor.
Perhaps surgeons are using BTM or MTX to treat patients where previously there a whole different approach or there wasn't a cure eg amputation in the crudest example.
Yes I believe we will take more market share off our competitors and the integra issue may accelerate this but I don't think this will hit our sales yet.
