Chicklittle's above comment is correct - its due to the closure of Lakewood, the processing limit at the Randall facility, plus some assumptions about ore grade and source (underground versus open pit).
Have a look at the last quarterly report which details ore grade being mined and the amount or ore mined at each site, as well as the milling and recovery rates. You can work up some possible levels of production by varying your input assumptions.
No doubt Sir Les will tell us more about future projections in the quarterly report due out this month.
Now that they are only operating at one mine site with one plant perhaps they can further reduce their senior staff in addition to their mine/plant workers.
