My understanding is that surgeons familiar with Integra who have since used BTM share a near universal preference for BTM in the clinic. The reasons for this have been discussed at length on this forum. Certainly, as you say clinical outcomes are affected by many different factors, so comparing any two random patients might give a misleading impression. Most telling will be the speed with which BTM Supplants Integra as the standard of care. Five years from now, this discussion won't be happening, IMO.
