So integra takes a look at both products on the bench, under a microscope and says "ours should work better".
They trial them in pigs, and though BTM should cause contractures based on their analysis, it actually doesn't. They do still think theirs is better theoretically though.
Now let's see the comparison in real, dirty wounds.
