this has to raise a few questions for WFL shareholders???

we have been told that wellness would not be able to acquire WFL.

but since then we have Tony and Steve gone from the board and now this merger into Refreshing USA and the merged entity going public.

surely this will change any restrictions that would have held back wellness. I personally don't believe that Tony and Steve have just walked away without having some plans up their sleeves.

we have the constant dilution to our holdings and the never ending running out of cash (they must be close again) and now if Paul can turn things around and give shareholders some reward, we could have Refreshing USA waiting to acquire us. how much would they need to offer, for shareholders to accept. not much I reckon.
