It’s how SS and AV obviously play the game.
Let shareholders take the risk and put up multi millions of dollars to try and establish a risky business venture, then if it finally looks like that venture could possibly start to work they will try and acquire it for peanuts.
Why risk their own money when there are people willing to take that risk on their behalf
