WFL has set up an infrastructure which is well beyond its means. Like it has a blank cheque which we know a private company does not have.

All evidence points to conflicting interests and dodgy directions with ulterior motives.
SS and AV if you care about WFL you would recognise they cannot afford to pay your $400k per year and graciously lower your ridiculous fees in fact resign an go away.
I invested $10k in Naked Sundays and it is making after 11 months millions and targeting $12m this year after $100k dividend.
PP the sunscreen product should be out now in Southern Hemisphere as we are in summer.

Also one of SPAC advantage is that it allows the shareholders of the target company maintain a significant stake in the company. So if we do need to merger with IWAC and list on US, it may not be so bad as we think, especially the acquired company must be worth at least 80% of the cash raised by IWAC.
