    Has always been part of the plan - a US listing was mentioned years ago at an AGM. Benefits will depend on timing and how it is structured. TV and SS will need to recuse themselves from the WFL board for this decision. Long term benefits will include access to capital and increased mkt cap. SPAC's have 24 months to get a deal done..
