Well clearly the conditions surrounding the deal are a lot more extensive than has been disclosed by SI.
Deadlines have come and gone. It would not be unreasonable to assume now that the longer it goes on without the deal being ratified, the less likely it is that it will be sealed. After all, if the trial results were as successful as has been claimed by posters here, what could possibly be holding it up?
Why wouldn't Novartis and MSB have already announced the next phase?
