I believe that the idea of a TO at this point in time is somewhat unrealistic.

I do however believe that Intel will play a big part in the future of Xped.

How??

1) Intel I believe will invest in Xped through their Innovation Fund

2) With such an investment/multiple investments over time, this will give further credibility to Xped

3) Networking events such as Intel Capital Technology Day and Intel Capital CEO Summits will build relationships with executives from businesses worldwide and foster strategic partnerhips through its long-standing corporate relationships.

4) Leveraging off the experience, knowledge and expertise of Intel Capital team members in the area of IOT such as Trina Van Pelt (VP/MD), Mark Lydon and Dave Johnson - all "conveniently" based in the US.

5) Research and development opportunites/synergies

So you can see that there are many ways in which Intel itself can be involved to help make Xped a great success story. Whilst I personally rule out a take over, that can never be ruled out of course.
