Maybe remember that Mercedes felt the need to tell the world about brainchip, Brainchip never mentioned Mercedes until later. Partnerships that do not have initial financial outcome are not deemed price sensitive as per ASX rulings. Company is merely following the rule book.

Many of the the partnerships are based on collaboration to bring a product to market whereby royalties from sales will follow.

Financial partnerships can bring way more income to

someone like BRN as the slice of the pie is greater rather than a one-off IP license.

Once the NDAs start relaxing and products come to market then this SP will be but a blip on a chart.

Entry to the ASX200 was just premature, it's that simple. The company wasn't mature enough as far as fundamentals to survive the inflated SP without further announcements. It wasn't their decision. But as they've discussed countless times, the process is a long one hence the delay in announcements.
ASX200 just gave shorters access, it's not rocket science.

The only cost here for holders has been time.....unless you sold due to poor research or listening to HC downrampers.

Many have seen the delay as opportunity as buying more at these prices is a blessing in disguise for anyone that's been here for a bit.
