    Zhaohui (Jeffrey) Li
    Tencent

    Jeffrey currently serves as Managing Partner of Tencent Investment and General Manager of Tencent M&A, focusing on Tencent’s global investment and M&A activity in the areas of Interactive Entertainment and Gaming, Social Networking and Messaging, O2O (“Online-to-Offline”), and Internet Finance, among other areas. In particular, he leads Tencent’s worldwide Gaming industry investment and M&A. Jeffrey is also responsible for Tencent’s early stage and early growth stage investment strategy in China and multiple countries. In recent years, he launched and led Tencent Investment’s ongoing efforts to penetrate key O2O sectors, including Automotive, Education, Healthcare and Internet Finance. He was responsible for Tencent’s investments in Huayi brothers, Zhihu, Netmarble Games, Howbuy and many others around the world. Jeffery is No. 1 in the GCV Powerlist 100


    Lisa Zhang
    Intel Capital

    Lisa is a Managing Director at Intel Capital overseeing Intel Capital’s equity investments in China. Lisa is a voting member of Intel Capital’s investment committee. Based in Beijing, Lisa manages a team of investment professionals in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong. She is responsible for the $500M Intel Capital China Technology Fund II, $100M Intel Capital China Smart Device Innovation Fund and 80M RMB Intel Capital China Angel Fund. Lisa has had a diverse 18-year career with Intel Corp including 10 years with Intel Capital. Most recently, Lisa served as Chief of Staff to Intel Capital President Arvind Sodhani, a position in which she facilitated the technical, program and public aspects of his role with Intel Capital and the World Economic Forum. Lisa holds a BS in Computer Science from Peking University and a MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

    Cooley LLP

    Patrick Loofbourrow is a partner in Cooley LLP. He is resident in the Shanghai office and has been with the Firm since October 1999.
    Patrick’s practice focuses on the representation of high-growth emerging technology and life sciences companies as well as venture capital and other firms that invest in those companies. As a specialist in corporate and securities law, he has counseled companies and investors in a wide variety of projects, including company formations, spin-offs, private and public financings, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture and other strategic transactions, employee equity incentives, corporate governance matters and SEC reporting and compliance. Patrick counsels companies in a variety of industries, including the wireless, hardware, Internet, software, telecommunications and biotechnology, healthcare and medical device industries.


    Cha Li
    iStart Ventures LLC

    Mr. Cha Li is a serial entrepreneur and angel investor, and the Founder and Managing Partner of iStart Ventures LLC and Dragonvest Partners LLC. He is one of the most active angel investors in China today, with a portfolio of approx. 50 technology start-up companies including 31huiyi, Bobo, Ultizen, Meishisong, ZFA, Wolongge, Qushu and Ertu etc.
    Mr. Cha Li graduated with a master degree from the University College London. He is an Horary Professor at Jiaotong University Shanghai as well as an Executive Advisor to Shanghai University Campus Technology Venture Foundation.


    Andrew Gaule
    GCV Academy

    Andrew for over 15 years has been advising and working with leading corporates to set up Corporate Venturing and Open Innovation programs. Andrew is working in a range of strategic programs in corporates, building team capabilities, supporting drive of new ventures and building Innovative New Value ChainsTM in corporates in Europe, USA and Asia in the advisory firm, Aimava.
