I might of well put my two cents worth here. XPE doesn't have as much staff as Intel and maybe she just didn't cut the mustard when having to do her own work.

The problem with what happened is she came with fanfare - her own infalted Ann by XPE - so her appointment was more a marketing exercise of brand recognition than anything else - i.e. we are XPE and Intel are with us. IMO even some here, who now say something different, saw her appointment as finally making XPE look good and justifying there own investment, and because of the fan fare with her appointment her departure was seen by the market as bad news given the hyperbile of her appointment. IMO there was no benefit in her appointment at all because her leaving caused a small upheaval in SP and doubt in the XPE products which there should be none as she basically did SFA whilst employed by us (can't recall one thing she did).

Infact the management we have should have been enough to give market confidence - so comment to management get out a formal product commercialised and revenue and recognition would come without the need for some marketing exercise through spin appointments to justify people looking at XPE. We have the products so just get on with it and no more marketing spin to get attention by in effect a nothing appointment (since she wasn't doing a lot of work for us) which has made us look stupid over the last few days. But XPE will recover as the market realises that it was a lack of judgement by XPE in hyperboling her appointment as TA and FA for XPE remain unchanged with her departure.

Now Lisa has Asian contacts but we already had Telink - a deal which in its own right creates value for XPE given the growth projections of Telink itself. The focus on North America - well pretty obvious too me because that is where the two MOUs largely lie IMO. Also more than likely, given Australia and the rest of the world gets new technology a year after it is developed (i.e. just think about when Australia gets new technology developed after it is first marketed in USA - we get it a year or two after) days too me XPE's technology will be first deployed in the USA before anywhere else.

That is my 2 cents worth on the subject.
