Hi Minh
Happy to write up a big post for you tomorrow. But it’s safe to say Shekel are widely considered a global leader in this space, which is why they are collaborating with companies like Hitachi, Intel and Madix, as well as selling their products directly to Toshiba, Fujitsu and Diebold Nixdorf.
Not only do they service retail - they also sell to the healthcare industry providing the advanced and highly precise weighing tech that features in neonatal and elderly weighing machines. The core business is profitable and made about 30 million AUD in revenue last year. They have reinvested these profits into the retail innovation division which is where the real blue sky potential is - they are faster and more precise than the technology Amazon Go is using. That’s huge.
They also are gathering valuable big data on consumer trends, and this data can be sold as SaaS recurring revenue which can scale up massively the more machines they sell.
I think this has even more potential than TNY, and I think it could easily go 10 times the current price to reach fair value. And that would just be the beginning. The hard part will be getting any shares.
